Niche & Mogul was born out of a lifelong passion for interiors — and a sharp eye for what's often missing.
Long before I worked in property management or helped bring luxury multifamily communities to life, I was the kid constantly rearranging furniture in my grandparents' living room (and driving my mom a little crazy doing the same at home). Design has always been second nature to me — not just how a space looks, but how it feels.
Over the past six years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to focus on new development within the multifamily industry — working closely with FF&E proposals, walking floor plans before the first resident ever moves in, and seeing how curated design impacts the way people live. That exposure reignited something in me. I saw the beautiful communities being built… but also noticed the missed opportunities — the details that could have made a space feel warmer, smarter, and more personal.
That’s why I started Niche & Mogul — to fill that gap.
Whether you're furnishing a home, elevating a rental, or styling a model unit, I approach every project with the lens of a lifelong renter, a community builder, and someone who believes great design should connect, not just impress.
Let’s make your space unforgettable — and undeniably you.
At Niche & Mogul, we design with intention — and a little rebellion.
Born from the eye of a seasoned property management pro who’s seen the good, the bad, and the beige, we approach interior styling with a different lens. One rooted in real life, renter realities, and the belief that luxury doesn’t have to mean sterile.
From new builds to lived-in spaces, we bring soul, structure, and story to every project. Our designs are layered, livable, and never overdone — always tailored, never templated.
We don’t follow trends. We follow feeling.
And we think beautiful spaces should feel just as good as they look.
