Niche & Mogul was born from a lifelong love of interiors and a habit of noticing what’s missing.
Before I ever stepped into property management or helped bring luxury multifamily communities to life, I was the kid constantly rearranging furniture at my grandparents’ house (and driving my mom a little nuts doing the same at home). Design has always been intuitive for me, not just how a space looks, but how it feels.
Over the last six years, I’ve had the chance to work closely on new multifamily developments, reviewing FF&E proposals, walking floor plans before a single resident moves in, and seeing firsthand how thoughtful design shapes the way people live. That experience sparked something. I saw stunning spaces being created, but I also noticed the small misses, the touches that could’ve made a space feel more personal, more intuitive, more like home.
That’s what led me to start Niche & Mogul.
Whether you're designing a home, refreshing a rental, or styling a model, I bring the perspective of a lifelong renter, a community builder, and someone who genuinely believes great design should connect, not just impress.
Let’s create a space that feels unforgettable, and completely you.
At Niche & Mogul, we design with purpose, and a bit of edge.
After years in property management, seeing everything from stunning spaces to way too much beige, we knew there had to be a better way. Our approach is grounded in real life — how people actually live, with the belief that luxury should feel warm, not cold.
Whether it’s a brand-new build or a well-loved home, we bring character, clarity, and a personal touch to every project. Our designs are layered, livable, and always tailored to you, never cookie-cutter.
We don’t chase trends. We design for how a space should feel.
Because at the end of the day, beautiful should feel like home.
